all friendly and welcoming. The swimming area is wonderful and
relaxing. And there are a variety of activities at the community
Room. Also, the Lunch and Learn is informative of issues that
seniors have to know about and the socials are good ways to wind
down a day. Community parties are all good and fun. I like living

"We (my husband and dad) rented here at the Sovana at Stuart for
about 18 months while our house was being built. We LOVED our
apartment (we had the Citrine model) and really enjoyed the pool,
clubhouse and all the amenities that were offered. (If we could
have purchased our apartment - we would have!) I really enjoyed
participating in water aerobic classes in the beautiful pool and
taking the yoga classes. Every month there is a birthday
celebration for the residents. Wednesdays are ‘wine down’ and got
to sample some delicious different wines. There is a calendar with
about 5-6 activities every single day! There is no time to be bored
at the Sovana! There is also a great coffee machine with hot
chocolate that’s available at all times.
Stephanie is so sweet and wonderful and made us feel right at home.
She and Paula were always available whenever we needed them. And
the maintenance crew, Anthony, David and Justin were always around
and always ready to help anyone in need of their services.
My husband, dad and I will miss all of our friends we made at the
Sovana but we plan on visiting our Sovana family when we are in the
